Caring for your Cake

  • Packaging: Your cake will be packaged in our signature cake box, with your cake served on a cake board that is 2 inches larger than the diameter of your cake, when the cake is more than 1 layer. This ensures safe transport and display.

  • Fragile Decorations: Please be aware that some cake decorations, such as sugar flowers, fondant details, or edible figurines, may be delicate. Handle your cake with care to avoid breakage.

  • Transportation: If you're transporting your cake, keep it level and avoid sudden movements to prevent damage to the decorations. We recommend using a stable, flat surface in your vehicle, ideally the passenger's foot rest. Always ensure the cake box remains upright.

  • Temperature Sensitivity: Cakes with fondant, buttercream, or certain decorations (such as chocolate or delicate sugar work) may melt or lose their shape in hot conditions. Keep the cake in a cool, dry place until serving.

  • Storage: If you need to store your cake, keep it in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight. Avoid refrigerating cakes with fondant or certain decorations for an extensive period of time, as this may cause condensation or melting.

  • Allergens: Some decorations may contain allergens (e.g., nuts, gluten, dairy, or food coloring). If you have any concerns, please inform us in advance, and we will ensure appropriate care is taken.

  • Cookies: should not be stored in the fridge, but in an airtight container away from direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place.
